Stephanie Hillenberg is Chief Creative Officer, Executive Director of Fitness At Destination Fitness in Closter NJ. She is an ACE Pro certified Personal Trainer, holds a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where she studied musical theater and went on to receive a Culinary Arts and Management degree from The New York Restaurant School. She has been participating in the fitness industry for over 20 years as an instructor and competitor. During her college years she participated in the All Natural Bodybuilding Championships in Philadelphia 2nd place title and Best Poser Award in 1997 and 1st place title in 1998. After having her first child she went back to compete taking 1st place at the 2007 NABBA Eastern Sea Board Ms. Figure Contest, then on to the 2009 New Yorks INBF Ms. Figure World Championships, and a 2nd place finish in 2013 NPC Garden State Ms. Figure Competition qualifying her for Nationals. After having her second child, she has recently competed in 3 NPC body building contests in 2018(2nd place, 1st place, 3rd place), which qualified her for another National show in 2019. She is approaching 50 and looking forward to continuing her body building career. Stephanie is teaching and coordinating the FIT Program at Destination Fitness, Coaching Nutrition, and personally training clients 1:1.

India Uhia is a certified mindfulness meditation coach with and accreditation from the University of Massachusetts MBSR program, credited by renowned Jon Kabat Zinn PhD.
India has a natural gift of putting you at ease as she slowly guides you through your mindfulness meditation. Sound healing is a part of this wonderfully relaxing experience. India's repertoire includes: Crystal singing bowls to help stimulate and clear your chakras as well as a variety of other crystals and chimes.
Having been diagnosed with high functioning anxiety, panic attacks and depression at a young age, combined with other anxiety induced health issues throughout her life, India decided one day to take a chance, listen to someone's advice and start meditating. If you ask her, she will always say meditation saved her life. She feels it is her purpose to share what she has learned- to help those who find their way to her, to sit, to find their breath and find some peace.

Kathy has been a health professional, and Dental Hygienist (RDH) for 45 years, educating patients in nutrition and oral hygiene. As a pioneer in women’s physical fitness, she became a Personal Trainer, and Owner of the first Gold’s Gym in Bergen County, in 1985. Her Passion for health and physical fitness led to opening her own Personal Training Studio in 1996, which became Destination Fitness. Kathy has always believed in holistic healing, and is a Craniosacral Therapist, helping people relieve tension in the central nervous system, and promoting well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. Kathy’s heartfelt desire to live life to the fullest with generosity of physical vibrance and functional strength, has kept her dedicated to developing programs that encourage lifestyle changes, varied types of training, and nutritional guidance. These personalized programs may keep the Modern Elder ageless, playful, and purposeful.

Julia Ruocco LMT
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health and Sciences in 2001.
I am Certified in Medical Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Shiatsu, Prenatal, Trigger Point Release, Reflexology, Aroma Therapy, Hot Stones and Cupping. I also offers a hybrid of energy work, Reiki, Sound Healing, Charka Balancing, Crystal healing, Tuning forks, and Aura clearing to help rebalance and revitalize any body with stress or pain.
I started seeking my spiritual healing journey in my 20’s, I have always had a thriving interest in helping people reach their health and healing goals. I became a Reiki Master in 1995 followed by my studies at the IM School of Healing Arts . I am a certified practitioner of integrative energy medicine Reiki Master and Massage with 21 yrs of experience.
I offer a holistic approach to medicine and passionately believe in the power of the body to heal through an alternative and naturalistic path. My mission is to disrupt the world of medicine, one patient at a time through a variety of alternative treatments and approaches, I unlock the potential of self-healing in each patient ,often improvements are seen in the very first session. Trust my hands, trust your ability to heal and allow yourself to feel better than you ever imagined possible.
